Committees



The OCTAP Steering Committee consists of the City Manager, Executive Officer, or their designee, from each Agency, and includes two representatives of the permitted taxicab companies chosen by all permitted taxicab companies, and one representative of the tourist industry in Orange County.  The OCTAP Steering Committee meets quarterly to advise OCTA on Taxicab regulation implementation.  Steering Committee By-laws.

The OCTAP Safety Committee consists of the Police Chief, County Sheriff, or their designee, from each participating Agency.  The OCTAP Safety Committee meets quarterly to advise OCTA and the OCTAP Steering Committee on issues of public safety.  Safety Committee By-laws.
